Workshop IV: Women empowerment

The workshop led by Anna KSIAZEK and Andrea PUCCI from ExChange the World is designed to target the subject of women empowerment, through different topics, like:
• discussing the issue of discrimination and practising the effective ways of reaction
• working with body, learning to set the limits, building confidence
• identifying our own strengths, passions, dreams and values
• introducing the concept of time and priorities management
• opening and managing social businesses
• sharing the vision with others
getting resources to start a project
The workshop is open for everyone and will take around 2 hours. The access is free, but limited to 20 people.

Speakers' bio:
Anna and Andrea are a couple traveling around the world gathering and sharing their knowledge on changemaking, education, women empowerment. Their expedition, called ExChange the World, started in September 2015 from South-East Asia and covered so far (as of 2021) 38 countries from most of Europe, South America and South Asia. Along the way they interviewed more than 350 changemakers and volunteered in 30+ projects. They tell their stories through presentations, workshops, courses and writing educational scenarios.
The event is part of the CONNECT, Community for Timisoara project, organized by Helixconnect Europe and FABER, and supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.
